Allan Hahn is a senior associate and a member of the Banking & Finance as well as the Corporate/M&A team at Taylor Wessing in Vienna. He supports in advising national and international clients in all areas of banking and corporate law. He is particularly involved in due diligences, the foundation/incorporation of legal entities and branches of foreign legal entities and also supports in restructurings and liquidations as well as in (cross-border) M&A transactions.

After having completed his judicial clerkship year in 2011, Allan gained professional experience being an associate at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Attorneys at Law as well as at Wolf Theiss Attorneys at Law. In 2014, Allan joined Taylor Wessing.

He is a member of the Vienna Bar Association.

Allan studied law at the University of Vienna and subsequently started his doctorate studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
