Bartosz is a senior associate in the IP/IT team, having in-depth experience and know-how especially in the Life sciences and healthcare sector.

He focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice for medical device, pharmaceutical and food companies, including regulatory, market access, product classification and advertising matters. Medical companies rely on him with regard to adapting to the ever-changing medical device legislation. Bartosz also advises clients on data protection and compliance issues. He has extensive experience in providing legal trainings and workshops to the Life sciences industry.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing as a Senior Associate in 2022,  Bartosz gained experience working in a renowned Polish law firms.
