Artur Winkler studied business administration and law at the University of Hamburg (Germany). He first started focusing on insolvency law during his legal training in Hamburg. Following his admission to the German Bar in 2009, he initially worked for several years in the field of insolvency administration and, due to his business administration background, assisted with the continuation of a large number of businesses and with reorganisations by transfer. In 2019, Artur Winkler began to increasingly focus on providing insolvency law advice. He joined Luther in 2023 and is a member of the Commercial team.
