Cristina (Tina) DeMento focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings, strategic partnerships, corporate restructurings and general commercial arrangements. She works with strategic investors, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices and management teams in a broad array of industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare and food and beverage. Tina’s experience extends to acting in an outside general counsel capacity for companies throughout their life cycle, offering comprehensive assistance with entity formation, incentive equity structures, restructurings, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate matters. In addition to her broad corporate practice, Tina provides strategic counsel on partnership matters for funds and their management teams.
