Highlight-Mandate

Represented UHC in the clearance procedure before the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) in connection with UHC’s acquisition of listed company Entersoft.
Advised Intrakat in obtaining unconditional merger clearance by the HCC in relation to its acquisition of 100% of Aktor.
Representing a private equity fund in the notification procedure before the European Commission concerning the acquisition, together with an investor in luxury hospitality real estate, of the right to use, operate and manage a marina.
