Partner Asia Regional Managing Partner Head of Tokyo Office

Masahisa Ikeda is the Asia Regional Managing Partner and the Head of Tokyo Office of the firm. Masahisa’s practice covers general corporate matters, with a particular focus on capital markets, cross-border M&A transactions, asset management and disputes. He has extensive experience representing Japanese issuers and underwriters in registered global offerings, listings and global private placements, and representing leading Japanese corporations either as buyers or sellers in cross-border M&A and in private equity transactions. He also represents numerous Japanese industrial and financial clients on antitrust and anti-corruption matters and provides corporate governance-related advice.
