Dr Tassilo Schiffer studied law in Cologne and Manchester. After completing his first state examination, he earned his doctorate in Cologne.

Dr Tassilo Schiffer specializes in legal advice during construction and legal project management of infrastructure projects, in particular of route-related projects such as road and underground railway lines, pipelines and high-voltage power lines under public law aspects. A particular focus is on expropriation and compensation issues. In addition, he accompanies the preparation of urban land-use plans and building permits for residential and commercial properties. A special expertise in municipal commercial law rounds off his advisory profile.

Dr Tassilo Schiffer is a specialist lawyer for administrative law, author of a large number of scholarly articles and regularly gives lectures on issues relating to public environmental and planning law.
