Associate, Tax
Position
Danny Baron is an Associate in the Fieldfisher offices in Hamburg and Frankfurt and advise on Tax Law.
He specialises in all corporate tax matters and issues relating to international tax law. He advises our clients from a tax law perspective, primarily on M&A and real estate transactions as well as tax-optimised restructurings.
In addition, he has experience in advising wealthy private individuals on tax law, in particular with regard to tax voluntary disclosures and inheritance tax planning.
Karriere
Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked in other (international) commercial law firms and a BIG4 consulting firm in the field of tax law during his studies and parallel to his legal clerkship.
Sprachen
He advises our clients in German and English.
Ausbildung
He studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg.
He was admitted to the bar in 2024.
