Dr. Carsten Heuel studied Law in Marburg, London (London School of Economics) and Harvard Law School, where he obtained the Master of Law (LL.M.) degree. Since 1999, he has been working as a lawyer – initially with one of the most prestigious law firms in Boston (USA), and then with the leading, internationally-active law firms in Frankfurt am Main and as a partner of a commercial law firm in Bremen. In 2010, Dr. Heuel joined our company as a partner. Dr. Heuel focuses on National and International Corporate, Transaction and Financing Law. He has extensive experience in advising German and foreign companies on national and cross-border commercial contracts, Corporate Transactions (especially M & A), Corporate Finance and Finance.
