Members of Civitas Law possess considerable combined experience in relation to planning and environmental law. Matthew Paul is regularly instructed by local authorities, developers, and third-party objectors and specialises in enforcement inquiries and criminal proceedings arising out of planning enforcement and environmental crime. He has been instructed by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority and Snowdonia National Park Authority to prosecute all current planning enforcement cases in these parks, including a case involving unauthorised alterations and demolition work carried out on an historic shop building. Anthony Vines and Owain James also handle planning and environmental law cases.
